Terms of Service

These terms explain how revamps scopes, delivers, and supports digital services, including projects, retainers, and advisory work.

Effective dateApril 5, 2026

Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you engage revamps for strategy, design, development, marketing, hosting, maintenance, automation, or related advisory work.

By approving a proposal, signing an agreement, or asking revamps to begin work, you agree to these terms together with any project-specific scope, quote, or statement of work.

Scope and Deliverables

Every engagement is delivered against an agreed scope. That scope may be defined through a proposal, estimate, roadmap, sprint plan, retainer summary, or other written approval.

Anything outside the approved scope is treated as additional work and may affect pricing, timelines, or delivery sequence.

  • Project scopes are based on the requirements shared during discovery and planning.
  • Timelines depend on timely approvals, access, content, and third-party dependencies.
  • revamps may recommend changes to improve performance, clarity, or feasibility before implementation continues.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access needed for the work to move forward.

If required materials are delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, revamps may revise the timeline or re-scope the delivery plan.

  • Provide brand assets, credentials, approvals, and content when requested.
  • Review submitted work within the agreed response window.
  • Confirm that you have the rights to any materials you ask revamps to use.

Quotes, Invoices, and Payment Terms

Pricing may be fixed, recurring, or scope-based depending on the service. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal or invoice.

Because payment gateways are currently unavailable, billing and settlement are handled manually through approved invoices or payment instructions shared by revamps.

  • Deposits, milestone payments, or monthly retainers must be paid according to the agreed commercial terms.
  • Work may pause if an overdue invoice affects delivery risk or project continuity.
  • Third-party costs such as software licenses, media spend, hosting vendors, or paid tools are not included unless stated explicitly.

Revisions, Reviews, and Approvals

Reasonable revisions are included only where they are stated in the project scope. Feedback should be consolidated and submitted clearly so implementation can proceed without avoidable rework.

Once a deliverable is approved, later changes may be treated as new scope.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, revamps assigns the final approved deliverables created specifically for your project, unless a proposal states otherwise.

revamps retains ownership of its internal frameworks, methods, reusable components, automation patterns, scripts, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

  • Open-source libraries and third-party tools remain subject to their own licenses.
  • Concepts or draft work that are not selected or fully paid for remain the property of revamps unless transferred in writing.

Service Limitations and Liability

revamps works to deliver reliable, commercially sensible systems, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, search rankings, ad platform outcomes, or results driven by factors outside its control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, revamps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

Digital performance depends on market conditions, operational follow-through, content quality, platform policy changes, and third-party infrastructure.

Suspension, Termination, and Contact

Either party may end an engagement if the other materially breaches the agreed terms and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable period after notice.

If a project ends early, you remain responsible for fees covering work already completed, work already scheduled, and third-party costs already committed.

  • revamps may suspend work to protect project quality, legal compliance, or payment risk.
  • Questions about these terms can be sent to support@revamps.pro.
