revamps.pro v3: every page composed in the CMS and tracked to the enquiry
revamps rebuilt its own site on Brand v3 and Redesk page composition. Pages are assembled from reusable CMS sections, and every enquiry is stored, posted to the team channel and tagged by service.

Challenge
revamps needed its own website to work the way it asks clients to run theirs: pages the team can change without a developer, and enquiries that can be traced from the page to the person who answered.
Approach
The site is built on Next.js 16 and Redesk v2.3 page composition, so each page is a list of reusable sections edited in the CMS. A publish in the CMS triggers a tag-based revalidation, so only the affected pages are refreshed.
Every enquiry form writes to the database and posts to the team channel, and GA4 receives a generate_lead event carrying a service parameter. Reva, the website chat, is available on every page.
Outcome
The site now runs on Brand v3 with its pages composed in the CMS. Each enquiry is stored, posted to the team channel and tagged by service, so the team can see which service a lead asked about.
